A Perfect 10! {California Newborn Baby Pictures}

I could not be more excited to show off 8 day old Ryker’s photographs. He clearly rates at the top of my scale for being one of the most cooperative newborn babies. He was so easygoing that I could pose him in whatever position I wanted, a true dream come true for a newborn photographer. I took full advantage of his sweet nature capturing some of my new absolute favorite images with him. He even gave us a whole series of smiles, smirks and yawns that just melt my heart and make me giggle.

It is always memorable when I meet a baby as cooperative and delightful as 10 day old Aiden. We captured such a huge variety of amazing photographs that I know his parents will have a hard time narrowing down their favorites. I still cannot get over how handsome he is, mom and dad certainly have someone to be proud of!

Little Dylan {Lemoore Newborn Photographer}

Meet 12 day old Dylan. He surprised everyone by arriving two weeks early. He was supposed to be my first baby of the year, but instead we took his pictures right after Christmas. He was wonderful to work with, and allowed us to get so many wonderful newborn images of him. Although I think he looks a lot like Dad, but I can clearly see Mom too, making him a very handsome mix of his stunning parents.

In the second picture Dylan is modeling one of my newest props, a big antique basket. I look forward to showing off all the unique props I have for my sessions in 2011.

Introducing baby Jacob at 5 and 13 days old. We were unable to capture a few key images Mom wanted at our original photo session, so we decided to give Jacob a break and photograph the final images after the Christmas rush was over. We ended up doing a second round with Jacob sleeping in the arms of Mom and Dad on New Years Eve, making him my official last baby of the year. Compare the first two images taken at day 13 with the rest, can you see that he got a bit bigger in between sessions? I hope Mom is as delighted with her newborn memories as I am. Congratulations!

I am back, catching up on all my blog posts for the remainder of my December sessions.

I was so looking forward to photographing little miss Alyssa ever since meeting her parents at their maternity session, and she lived up to every bit of my anticipation! Here she is on day 13 allowing me to get some fantastic pictures of her. To my surprise, she looks so much like Dad. I know she is a blessing for all of the family. Congratulations!

Introducing baby Jaden on his 12th day of life. Yet another handsome little boy, just as sweet as can be. Mom and Dad took photographs in the park with me when they were expecting last October, and their maternity images turned out amazing. I am so delighted that we were able to capture even more exceptional images with little Jaden. Congratulations you two!!

Sorry for my week absence from posting on my blog. It is not from lack of sessions to show off. This has been a VERY BUSY holiday season for me. I have been working non stop, 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week. Despite my long hours, I still have not had the time to post on my blog… I am happy to say that the last of my “in time for Christmas ” orders have left my possession and are in the hands of my wonderful clients. Now I can take a deep sigh of relief that I made it, and can now concentrate on catching up on everything else. Here is the first of 7 blog posts I have to waiting to show off.

I finally get to introduce baby Gavin. Here he is at 6 days old. He has two big brothers that I am sure will keep him active, entertained and challenged has he grows big. Congratulations Mom, Dad and brothers!

Sometimes I get present to the feeling that I have the perfect “job”. I show up to capture the happy moments of anticipation, birth of a new baby, and the adventures of growing families. My heart jumps in excitement when I get the call from a past client saying “I am pregnant again!” Meeting a new baby of a family I have already gotten to know brings me so much joy. I have had the opportunity to meet baby #2 for many of my most beloved clients this year. This family is no exception. I photographed Liam as a newborn more than two years ago, and he just keeps getting more and more handsome every time I see him.

Here is big brother Liam proudly introducing baby Campbell to us on his 8th day of life. Campbell was nearly 10 1/2 pounds at birth, and as Mommy so eloquently pointed out, he was their “small” baby! What sweet boys they both are, and I am sure mom and dad are beaming with joy. Congratulations you two!

Meet 3 day old Aiyanna and her big brother Mekhi. I generally wait a bit longer before taking newborn photographs, but certainly enjoyed having such a sleepy new baby in front of my camera. She was the perfect model and they were a wonderful family to capture memories of.

Introducing baby Hannah on her 6th day of life. She is a sweet little spirit, and allowed me to enjoy some quiet holding at the end of her photo session which melted my heart. I also had the opportunity to photograph big brother Cade at the same age. It has been a great joy for me to follow this family as their lives grow richer and hearts grow bigger with the addition of this special little girl. Congratulations Mom and Dad!
